Well I got meself 3Ds Max allowing me to contribute to model work with Reborn.
But I gotta test it first as it's gonna take alot of skill.
But 3Ds Maxs is the easiest modelling program I know of.

Meh, I knew trial versions are no good :x . It won't even let me friggin register the damn product :( . I guess it's so you go crazy to BUY the full version. I wonder if the fulley is any good since there's 1000's of complaints of it being too unstable :(.

I use 3ds max 7, it almost never fails :P

If your planning to mod generals, you can only use 3ds max 7 or 8, anything higher can't use the mod sdk.

But I'm not buying their crap and or wasting my time getting an illegal torrent.
But is v7 better or v8?
